Generate Safety Data Sheet or Workplace Instruction Card

Introduction SOFOS 360 > Basic exercises > Module Substances > Generate Safety Data Sheet or Workplace Instruction Card

When you want to generate a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) or Workplace Instruction Card (WIC), go to the Substance Menu and there are 2 options:

Option 1: Click on the checkbox of a specific substance.

Then select the arrow () next to the buttonSDS or WIC.

Choose the preferred language English, German or French or Dutch and click Submit.

You can select to print out or export as a document.

Print all sheets of paper.
Print one sheet of paper.
Export to PDF, XLS and other types of document.

Option 2: Select the substancethat you want to generate a SDS or WIC and click on it (do not use the pencil).

It is possible to select the arrow () next to the button SDS or WIC in any tabs of a substance to generate the SDS and WIC.
